What it offers: Back in 2014, they launched the Starbucks College Achievement Plan (SCAP) and partnered with Arizona State University. Part-time and full-time employees who work more than 20 hours weekly and have been there longer than 3 months are eligible to receive a full college tuition reimbursement by attending Arizona State University. My aunt was actually part of this program and just graduated! Congrats, tia!

What it is: A telecommunications company that offers customers wireless products and services.
What it offers: Verizon Wireless offers their employees college assistance for any approved courses from an accredited university for up to $8,000 yearly.
7. Bank of America
An investment bank and financial services company.
What it offers: Bank of America can pay 100% of your college related costs ($5,250 yearly) under certain conditions. The assistance program requires that employees have at least 6 months working, be working 20 hours weekly, and must be attending an accredited college/university from the American Council on Education’s list of accredited institutions.

What it offers: Chipotle offers their full-time and part-time employees up to $5,250 in college tuition assistance each year.

What it offers: To receive the benefits of AT&T, the company requires that you have at least one year working with them. Shortly after, the company can pay up to $3,500 per year for any approved college tuition fees.

A retail company for tools, appliances, and other physical products.
What it offers: Employees working part-time are eligible for $1,500 yearly, full-time employees are eligible for up to $3,000 yearly, and those who are salaried can earn up to $5,000 yearly. Home depot offers their associates these benefits after 90 days of being employed.
13. Best Buy
What it is: The leading provider of consumer technology products and services.
What it offers: Best Buy offers college tuition assistance for active and full-time employees who are working at least 32 hours weekly and have 6 months of employment within the company.
Surely you all know what Amazon is and what they do.
Amazon has a program called Amazon Career Choice Program.
Anyone who has been a full-time employee with Amazon for a year is eligible for $3,000 in tuition assistance and even up to $12,000. Even part-time employees can get up to half of what full-time employees are getting in tuition assistance.
However, Amazon will only offer this opportunity to Amazon associates who earn certificates and jobs that are in high-demand (such as nursing, medical lab, machine technologies, etc.)
